Blue Wave - Caffeine Free

This blend is refreshing, calming, and gentle on digestion. The combination of Butterfly Pea and lemon peel gives a visual “wow” factor while also supporting immunity. Lemongrass, Spearmint, and Marshmallow Root make it soothing for the stomach and mildly relaxing. It’s a great daily wellness tea, especially in the afternoon or evening.

Ingredients:

Butterfly Pea – Rich in antioxidants, supports brain health and eye health, has a naturally calming effect. Beautiful deep blue color that can shift with pH changes (like adding lemon).

Lemon Peel – High in vitamin C, supports immunity, aids digestion, and adds a bright, citrusy aroma.

Lemongrass – Can help with digestion, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. Also has a mild diuretic effect.

Spearmint – Supports digestion, soothes upset stomachs, and can help with mild headaches and mental clarity.

Marshmallow Root – Soothes the digestive tract, supports hydration, and can calm throat irritation.

Steeping Recommendation: 212° for 5-10 minutes
