Refund policy

At Makai Tea Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, we will accept the return of all non-perishable items and offer a store credit within 30 days of original purchase date with proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept loose leaf tea returns, as loose leaf tea is considered a food item.
